Delivery Details

You must ensure that the delivery address and a phone number for your recipient you provide to

us is sufficient and correct. Your order will arrive on the delivery date you specify when placing an

order, providing there are no incorrect address, no one available to accept delivery or there is no

where safe to leave the delivery. We will not be able to deliver to an address without a phone

number of intended recipient.

Delivery Time

We strive to have the products delivered to you at the requested delivery location within the time specified by us. However, we cannot ensure any exact delivery times and dates.

We will aim to notify you if we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, liabilities, charges, costs, damages or expenses towards out as a result of late delivery.

We need 3-4 business days for delivering preserved roses.

Delivery Policy

If no one is at the destination to accept the item postman will attempt to leave the item in a safe place and leave a

message card in the mailbox.

In case there is no safe place to leave the item is returned to the nearest post office then the recipient should pick it up from post office himself .
