You must ensure that the delivery address and a phone number for your recipient you provide to
us is sufficient and correct. Your order will arrive on the delivery date you specify when placing an
order, providing there are no incorrect address, no one available to accept delivery or there is no
where safe to leave the delivery. We will not be able to deliver to an address without a phone
number of intended recipient.
We can not promise specific delivery time but we do our best to deliver the item in your preferred
timeframe. Please check the items description for delivery times and details.
Delivery time is between 9am-9pm.
If no one is at the destination to accept the item we will contact recipient for further instructions, if
contact can not be made we will attempt to leave the item in a safe place and leave a message
card in the mailbox, before we can do this, you’ll need to provide an Authority To Leave.
In case there is no safe place to leave or you do not give us Authority To Leave, the item is returned
to our office then we will contact you via phone or email and you may arrange a redelivery.
Be informed you will be charged an extra delivery fee equal to the cost of delivery.
Please specify delivery instructions in Order Notes Field when you place your online order at
checkout page as to whether or not the item can to be left if no one is available to receive it, please
note when authority to leave has been given, Robin Gift can not accept any responsibility if your item
lost or stolen.
We deliver flowers & gifts to Sydney and Melbourne.
Also we deliver to a Hotel, Hospital or other non-traditional locations.
