To register with Robingift.com.au and purchase goods from our website you must be 18 and ensure that
the details provided by you are correct and hold a credit card under your name.
Also for customers that are under 18 you must make a purchase under parents or guardians surveillance.
Occasionally, a product you order maybe unavailable. When this happens we will contact you and select a
comparable product to replace at no extra charge.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress & PayPal.
Full payment required upon placement of order, until payment is cleared, no orders will be dispatched, and
in the event that payment does not clear the order is cancelled.
For your security, please do not send credit card details by email. The most secure and convenient way of
credit card payment is via this website.
If you wish to amend or cancel a custom made products such as Handmade Jewellery , Flowers and fruit baskets please contact us no
more than 24 hours after you placed your oder using Contact Us page .
Your payment will be returned but Exchange Rate and Bank Transaction Fee will be deducted from your

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. You have right to return the item 7
days from the date you received it, except items mentioned above.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also
your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.
If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address or receipient details ) a $14.95 redelivery fee will apply.
